Julie Jarmiolowski brings an unusually broad perspective to real estate. Consistently recognized among Arizona’s top-producing real estate professionals, she is a strategic thinker, skilled negotiator, and experienced advisor who understands that the best real estate decisions are rarely made by looking at the property alone. They require an understanding of the market, the numbers, the people involved—and what the client is ultimately trying to accomplish.
That perspective is backed by far more than a real estate career. It has been shaped by decades spent building businesses, leading people, negotiating at an executive level, and making consequential decisions when the stakes were high.
Before entering real estate, Julie founded and grew a recruiting company to nine offices. She later established an HR consulting practice and served as Chief Operating Officer of a diagnostic laboratory with approximately 200 employees, helping lead the organization through a period that ultimately culminated in its sale to LabCorp.
Her entrepreneurial interests later took her into entirely different worlds, including a winery and an organic skincare venture. Different industries, certainly, but each added another layer to the way Julie understands business, positioning, presentation, people, and the decisions that shape what comes next.
Julie purchased her first Arizona home in 2015 and entered real estate the following year. Even that decision was characteristically thoughtful. Before choosing where to begin her career, she interviewed thirteen brokerages.
Scottsdale quickly became more than the place where she worked. It became a market she wanted to understand deeply—not simply by studying sales data, but by learning its communities, architecture, neighborhoods, and the many different ways people choose to live here.
Her early real estate business had a meaningful connection to Optima, where her office was located. Julie immersed herself in the community, sponsored events, built relationships, and developed firsthand knowledge of the residences and lifestyle. That early focus became the foundation of an expertise she continues to carry today, even as her practice expanded throughout Scottsdale and beyond.
Today, Julie’s clients benefit from much more than her knowledge of real estate. Years spent leading companies taught her to read a room, understand competing interests, recognize risk, and remain composed when circumstances change. She knows how to ask the question that hasn’t been asked yet, how to separate an important issue from unnecessary noise, and when a negotiation calls for patience rather than pressure.
She also understands ownership. When Julie accepts responsibility for something, she sees it through. That combination of judgment and accountability has helped Julie build a business in which approximately 85 percent of her clients come through repeat business and referrals. People don’t simply work with her once; they come back, and they send people they care about to her.
Julie holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ Guild designation, Master Certified Negotiation Expert designation, and Million Dollar Guild recognition. She is also a top producer with My Home Group. Those accomplishments matter, but they aren’t the center of her story. The thread running through Julie’s career—from entrepreneur to executive to real estate advisor—is an ability to understand what matters to the person sitting across from her and then bring the experience, judgment, and persistence necessary to move something forward.
“I fell in love with Arizona—the sunshine, the desert, and the life here.
I love what I do, but it’s the people who make it special.
When a client becomes a friend and trusts me enough to refer
someone they care about, that means everything to me.”
